White Gum Paste 1kg - Vizyon

Vizyon White Gum Paste is a vegan and gluten-free gum paste used for creating detailed decoration and figure making on cakes and desserts. Gum paste is similar in style to fondant with it’s flexibility and rolling structure, however it is hard drying. Ideal for use in making larger scale cake decorations such as 3D figurines and flowers.

Directions for Use

Knead gum paste until it reaches the right consistency. Spread with roller and use for making figures for decoration of cakes. It can be diversified by adding food colourant and flavour.

Storage conditions

Keep closed in a cool (25°C) dry place.
